Our Story

In April of 2016, my husband Dallas and I were given an opportunity of a lifetime to take over a piece of property, located right outside of the charming Wimberley, Texas.  These 35  acres were in need of a little TLC and we were passionate about restoring it to its original glory. We started our journey with a good old fashioned Hill Country wedding (we were the bride and groom!) and then got to work. With the help of our amazing crew, we created our own little slice of heaven and are grateful to be able to share it with our guests.  Our goal is to provide a unique and welcoming experience for all guests. Some may come for the purpose of spending quality time with family, for celebrating a new marriage, for reconnecting with their partner or to just enjoy nature and gaze at the stars.  Whatever the reason, we hope that our guests enjoy the place we call home as much as we do.

What we do

The Wildflower Country Inn and Event Center is a hill country retreat specializing in group lodging, private cottage stays, events, & weddings.  We operate off of a 35 acre property that includes an Event Venue, 6 private cottages and a 7 bedroom group rental as well as additional housing for long term residents including some members of The Wildflower Crew. Our homestead boasts a nature trail, vegetable, herb & flower gardens,  peacocks, chickens and goats for all of our guests and residents to enjoy. We utilize our bounty to treat guests with gifts from the farm like fresh eggs, herb bundles and wildflower arrangements. You can also customize lodging stays through a variety of enchantments.


Our lodging  guests range from couple’s, friends and families looking for a quick getaway in one of our cozy cottages to large groups on property for reunions, retreats, weddings and events.  At the Event Hall we offer affordable facility rentals for our couples, parties, retreat guests and local organizations in need of event space. In addition, we have a variety of add on packages for linens and décor.
