Our Poppy packages are a special all-inclusive experience created for couples hosting 40 guests or fewer—designed to be simple, meaningful, and beautifully curated from start to finish.
With a thoughtfully designed format and trusted in-house team, these celebrations remove the pressure of planning a large-scale event while still honoring the significance of your day. Every detail is guided, seamless, and intentionally crafted so you can be fully present in the moment.
The Poppy
A 2-hour minimony experience that includes a first look, couple’s portraits, ceremony, additional portraits, first dance, toasts, and cake—creating a full and meaningful celebration within a simplified timeline.
This experience naturally flows into a relaxed outdoor cake reception, with indoor space available as a backup for inclement weather.

$2,000 + $25 per guest (Jan, Feb, July & Aug)

The Poppy Plus
An enhanced experience for couples who would like to host an intimate dinner onsite following their ceremony.
Includes everything in The Poppy, plus:

+1.5 hours of event time for dinner

Indoor reception setup with elevated décor

Buffet setup, beverage station, and service support

TABC-certified event helper to manage the evening
Additional Investment:

+$1,100 + $5 per guest (Jan, Feb, July & Aug)

With a pre-designed format and in-house team, we focus on personalization within a proven structure—allowing for a seamless experience at an accessible price point. These offerings are best suited for couples who value connection and simplicity over a traditional, large-scale reception.
