Officiant: Phone consultation and choice of personalized service. Custom services available for an additional fee, discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own officiant.

In-house Photography: Professional coverage that includes detail shots (decor, flowers, ceremony space), full ceremony coverage, first dance and formal portraits of the couple. You will receive a minimum of 75 edited images approximately 3 weeks from your event date. Add an additional 30 minutes for getting ready photos & receive a minimum of 15 additional edited images for $75. Discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own photographer.

Ceremony Music: Traditional wedding songs or personalized choice played on portable speaker device by The Wildflower staff. Additional song choice for a first dance after ceremony, a great photo opportunity! Upgrades to live music available.

Flowers: In-house fresh floral designs for a bouquet, boutonniere and simple altar arrangements. Floral upgrades available.

Coordination: The Wildflower Coordinator will assist with design and planning details before your big day. We will also guide you through the procession and other needs the day of, to ensure a stress free and idyllic ceremony!

Spa studio space: Up to 1 hour before your ceremony as a bridal/groom suite. Overnight accommodations in the Spa Studio available for $175 a night. Honeymoon stays include an Enchanted Evening add on, access to spa services and on-site dining options. Treat yourself to a couple’s massage or breakfast in bed!

Reception Table: Formal table set-up, designed based on your inspiration to create a romantic dinner setting for just the two of you. This is your special night, so this dinner is meant to be a meal to remember! Set-up will include all linens, china, florals and any additional décor needed to bring your vision to life. When setting a Primrose dinner, we move beyond the table to create a truly romantic scene (think dinner in the woods surrounded by lanterns and pillar candles). The Wildflower staff will do all set-up & breakdown of the meal, but we will leave you with a formal picnic style set-up, so that you can enjoy your romantic dinner with your one and only.

Bridal & Honeymoon Suite: Check in at 3pm in the day of your wedding and out at 11 am in our special Spa Studio space. Your stay includes and Enchanted Evening add on, access to the infrared sauna, a private fire pit and optional spa and onsite dining services. Treat yourself to a couple’s massage or breakfast in bed! Additional nights available for an extra fee.

*Dinner: Choose from a variety of 2 course dinner options from our favorite Chef! This is an additional charge and meals range from $65-$100 for the two of you. Examples include Braised Beef Ribs, Roasted Chicken, Curry, Pork Tenderloin, Southern Fried Chicken & more. Chef Quentin is professionally trained with over 15 years of experience. He specializes in locally sourced, seasonal cuisine and can accommodate all dietary needs.
