The Thistle: Ceremony Only, Fridays & Saturdays: $575; Sunday-Thursday: $475; Price based on 2 people, add $3 for each additional guest, up to 30 guests.

 

  • Event Length: approximately 1hour

  • Officiant: phone consultation and choice of personalized service. Custom services available for an additional fee, discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own officiant.

  • In-house Photography: 1 hour of coverage that includes detail shots (decor, flowers, ceremony space), full ceremony coverage and approximately 15 minutes of formal portraits for the couple. You will receive a minimum of 20 edited images approximately 2 weeks from event date. Add additional 30 minute increments to any package for family or witness formals, additional couple or bridal formals, getting ready photos, etc. Includes a minimum of 15 additional edited images for $50. Discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own photographer.

  • Ceremony Music: Traditional wedding songs or personalized choice played on portable speaker device by Wildflower staff. Upgrades for live music available

  • Flowers: In-hose fresh floral bouquet and boutonniere. Floral upgrades available

  • Decor: Ceremony alter décor with fresh flowers. Decor upgrades available

  • Coordination: Wildflower Coordinator to assist with the procession and other needs, to ensure a stress free and idyllic ceremony!

  • Seating: Fruitwood folding chairs for guests if applicable

 

 

 

The Bluebonnet: Ceremony and Cake Reception; Friday & Saturday’s: $775; Sunday-Thursday, $625 on a weekday; Price based on 2 people, $6 per person for each additional guest up to 30 guests.

  • Event Length: approximately 1. 5 hours

  • Officiant: phone consultation and choice of personalized service. Custom services available for an additional fee, discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own officiant.

  • In-house Photography: 1.5 hours of coverage that includes detail shots (decor, flowers, ceremony space), full ceremony coverage, approximately 15 minutes of formal portraits for the couple, and photos of cake cutting & toasting. You will receive a minimum of 30 edited images approximately 2 weeks from event date. Add additional 30 minute increments to any package for family or witness formals, additional couple or bridal formals, getting ready photos, etc. Includes a minimum of 15 additional edited images for $50. Discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own photographer.

  • Music: Traditional wedding songs or personalized song choice played for ceremony and custom playlist for reception played on portable speaker device by Wildflower staff for the ceremony. Upgrades for live music and/or Pa rental for larger parties available.

  • Flowers: In-hose fresh floral bouquet and boutonniere. Floral upgrades available

  • Decor: Ceremony alter décor with fresh flowers. Decor upgrades available

  • Coordination: Wildflower Coordinator to assist with the procession and other needs, to ensure a stress free and idyllic ceremony!

  • Seating: Fruitwood folding chairs for guests if applicable,

  • Mini Wedding Cake: Fresh flowers for décor, one or two tier depending on event size, choice of vanilla or chocolate. Specialty cakes, additional flavors and dessert alternative also available, additional cost may be applicable.

  • Cake Table with Decor: Cake stand, cake cutting set, fresh flowers, vases, linens and additional decor.

  • Toasting: Complimentary champagne for toasting and glassware.

 

 

 

The Primrose: Ceremony and Dinner or Brunch Reception; Friday & Saturday, $1,050; Sunday-Thursday, $900; Price base don 2 people, $30 per person for each additional guest up to 30 guests.

  • Event Length: Approximately 3-4 hours depending on size.

  • Officiant: phone consultation and choice of personalized service. Custom services available for an additional fee, discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own officiant.

  • In-house Photography: 3 hours of coverage that includes detail shots (decor, flowers, ceremony space), full ceremony coverage, formal portraits for the couple, reception table detail shots, first dance, cake cutting & toasting. You will receive a minimum of 60 edited images. Add additional 30 minute increments to any package for family or witness formals, additional couple or bridal formals, getting ready photos, etc. Includes a minimum of 15 additional edited images for $50. Discounts available for clients who would like to provide their own photographer.

  • Seating: Fruit wood folding chairs for guests if applicable.

  • Reception/Dinner: Formal table set-up, designed based on your inspiration to create a romantic setting for a dinner with your guests or just the two of you. Set-up will include linen tablecloths, linen napkins, table runners or lace overlays, chargers, choice of traditional white china and glassware or mixed matched vintage china, flatware, centerpieces items and fresh flowers. Wildflower staff will do all set-up, breakdown and table service. This can also be set up as a private, romantic picnic or for couples with lodging, this can be set up in your accommodations if preferred. 

  • Mini Wedding Cake: Fresh flowers for décor, one or two tier depending on event size, choice of vanilla or chocolate. Specialty cakes, additional flavors and dessert alternative also available, additional cost may be applicable.

  • Cake Table with Decor: Cake stand, cake cutting set, fresh flowers, vases, linens and additional decor.

  • Special Gift: Enjoy a gift for you and your guests (if applicable) straight from the farm. Clients can choose from fresh herb bundles, spice rubs, herbal tea blends and wildflower seed packets.

  • Bar: Complimentary champagne for toasting. You bring in your other favorite adult beverages and we will provide the glassware 

  • Food: Choose from a variety of menus from our preferred caterers for an additional fee. Custom menus & dietary requests are welcome.
