Half Day  Package

   Your investment includes...

​

The space:

​

  • Full private access to the venue space for a 6 hour block on the day of your event. Includes time for event, set-up and breakdown. 

    • I​nside the Event Barn: Temperature controlled event hall with stage, prep kitchen and main floor space.

    • ​Outdoor: Side lawn area with a covered pergola, fire pit, pond, lawn games, outdoor swing, teepee, fields and old oak tree.

​​

  • Includes access to up to 150 dark fruitwood folding chairs & 100 white Lifetime folding chairs for indoor or outdoor use; 19, 60 inch round tables; 7, 6 ft rectangles; 2, 8ft rectangles.  

 

  • Permanent bar area with a small freezer, two glass drink dispensers and two galvanized tin drink tubs.

 

  • Permanent décor (i.e. light curtains, rafter fabric and greenery, hanging votives, tulle  light curtain, etc.) 

 

  • Access to upgrades for linens, décor and additional time, as needed.

The help: 

​​

  • The Event Guide email with a preferred vendors list, a hall layout sheet and additional tips for a successful event. 

 

  • Month of meeting with your Venue Manager to finalize your event details & layout plans. After this meeting you will receive a breakdown sheet for review with all of your important event details and a digital floor plan for approval. 

 

  • The Wildflower Staff will set up indoor tables and leave chairs needed for indoor and outdoor set up for easy access. *Table and chair breakdown may be added on for an additional fee. 

 

  • Day Of Facility Management: Your Venue Manager will meet you at the beginning of your access period to get you settled in. They will be on call during the remainder of your event in case any facility related needs arise.

With spacious event grounds at the entrance of the property and optional on-site lodging at the top of the hill, our 35 acres offers a charming setting as the backdrop for your celebration. 

​

Venue Details: Our venue boasts a temperature-controlled event barn, a covered outdoor pergola, fire pit, yard games, pond, seasonal wildflower field, large lawn areas, and ample parking. The event barn has two indoor restrooms, a bar, stage, and prep kitchen.
